Annie "Croakee" Pesiri Swanson left a message on March 4, 2023:
Alice Cassaro was a giant of a person when it came to love and friendship. She was a mother, grandmother and great grandmother first, and a friend to all who encountered her. As my Godmother, she extended that love to me. Kindness came naturally to Alice and she expressed her adoration freely. We had so much fun over the years, with laughter and barbecues among our families forming some of my earliest memories. My Mom and Dad loved her and Jim both, and the tassel of kids they produced. She will always be a part of my fabric. Always. May she now rest in peace.
