I worked with Belinda in Social Services in Uniondale, NY in early 2010. We both temped there. We talked and went out to lunch together. She always talked about t her daughter Cecile. I was sorry to read about her passing in Newsday. She was so young, but in a better place now if she was suffering. My condolences to her husband, daughter and family.
