Clarisse Prato of Massapequa Park on January 17, 2021 at the age of 82. Beloved wife of the late Al. Loving mother of Ann-Marie Inkpen (Gregg), Theresa Prato, George Prato (Jeanine), Cathy Elflein (Bryan). Cherished grandma of Joe, Kristen, Alex, Autumn and Ian. Loving sister of Larry Kohler. Proud Registered Nurse for over fifty years mostly at Mid-Island Hospital. A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday January 20th 10:15am at St. Rose of Lima RC Church, Massapequa. Interment to follow at Grace Cemetery, Massapequa. Please visit us at Massapequafuneralhome.com for a link to view the live stream Mass. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital.

Mrs. Prato will always be a very special person to me in my lifetime and to all the families on Willow Drive... we has remained in touch all these years..Ann Marie, Theresa, George and Cathy I am so very sorry for this great loss to you and all of your families. My prayers and thoughts are with you all. My greatest memories are of your mom, looking all the way up at me...lol with her warm and caring smile. Also, seeing her little green station wagon going home from Mid Island Hospital in the mornings and knowing her shift had ended at least an hour prior but she was one of the most dedicated nurses I have known, staying way over the end of her shift. Love to all of you..God Bless
