It is with great sadness to send my condolences to Frank, Kerry and Danny. Frank was a good friend for many years. He was a soldier and a proud member of the NYPD.
Frank was Detective in 105 squad who closed out many difficult cases in his career. He was very proud of his children and spoke of his grandchildren with the love and fondness of a Grandfather. Frank was proud of his Irish Heritage and enjoyed telling a good story over a glass or two of rum and coke. He always had a certain smile and twinkle in his eye that will be greatly missed. He is now reunited with Helen his loving wife. Rest In Peace my friend. Love The Bates Family.
