Frank R. Capobianco passed away on February 18, 2025 at the age of 64. Frank was a Local 3 electrician by trade, but was one of the most talented and creative contractors. He could do anything from fully renovating bathrooms and kitchens to building the most unique play-sets for his children.
Frank was an avid cruiser and loved traveling with his wife and family. He especially loved meeting people in the casino, many of whom became lifelong friends.
When Frank wasn’t cruising, he loved spending time at home smoking meats, barbecuing, and sitting around the fire pit. Most of all, he enjoyed hanging out in his backyard listening to country music on the Red, White and Booze station while enjoying a Heineken.
More than anything, Frank absolutely loved his family. He was a beloved son to Maria and Rocco, and brother to Carmine (Maria), Linda (Arthur), and Gina (Sal). He married his high school sweetheart, Gina, who he was happily married to for 42 years. Together they had 6 handsome sons, Rocco (Melanie), Anthony, Dominic (Cass), Franky (Missy), Angelo (Hanna) and Mario, who gave them 5 cherished grandchildren, Francheska, Luka, Isaiah, Niko and Naomi. He also enjoyed meaningful relationships with his sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Frank will be extremely missed but will live on forever in our hearts.
