It all started with a snowball fight in the Northern Lanes parking lot in 1969; George getting walloped by a bunch of us snotnoses from 76th St. Soon we were all friends, and joining George and Carolyn in the various leagues. George was the nicest guy from the start and treated us "kids" well, bringing us into his circle. Many close and enduring friendships started with George and he will be missed by all who knew and loved him. Big hugs to Carolyn and Elizabeth - may his memory always be a blessing. Susan

George was one of the kindest, sweetest, people I ever met at Con Edison. I enjoyed co-teaching with him. I loved his passion for his wife and daughter, the Lone Ranger, his kitties and his beloved blue bowling ball. Never met anyone that could talk about a bowling ball with such passion. I had him hang a pic of it on the wall at his desk. He will be sorely missed by anyone that knew him. Rest in Peace, my friend.
