Daughter of the late Edward Clayton Herman and Mae W. Yakula Herman passed away gracefully and peacefully on 2/9/23 surrounded by her loving family. Survived by her husband Andrew, her brother Larry Herman, her three children; Andrew, Kevin and Karen and her four grandchildren Ashley, Michael, Meghan and Andrew. She was a registered nurse and served in various hospitals and departments. Due to a work related injury, her career was curtailed, forcing her into early retirement. However, this did not deter her from finding ways to continue in her commitment to helping others. She volunteered and helped many charitable organizations such as: St Rose of Lima Catholic Church, Pastoral Care at Good Samaritan Hospital, American Heart Association, crocheting hats and blankets for children with cancer, and the New York State Park in Planting Fields.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Muscular Dystrophy Association, American heart Association or the charity closest to your heart in her behalf.
