I first meet "Jack" while I was a young Patrolmen assigned to the 106 Precinct in Queens. Jack was our Patrol Sergeant. Jack always had a smile and a good word to the "Rookies". He was great role model. Our friendship continued when we would meet once a year with a group of us old timers all former 106 Precinct members. May he rest in Peace and God bless him and his family.
