Joe Gannon, 55, passed away on September 02, 2024. He was born in Massapequa, New York to John Gannon and Catherine Gannon on August 18th, 1969.
He had many hats but most will know him for his time working at the Glen Cove Mansion hotel and at the John Moores deli in Bellmore. Joe recently moved down to South Carolina in May 2022.
He loved the New York Islanders and went to many games with friends and kids. He loved biking and long road trips. He loved classic rock and all things Pink Floyd. But most of all he loved spending time with his family and friends.
He is survived by his 2 children, Bryan and Kaia, and his brother Jimmy and sister Nancy. His sisters-in-law Rose and Suzy, brother-in-law Roger. Nieces Amanda, Theresa, Tara, Katie. Nephews Thomas, Matthew, Kevin, Steven. He was predeceased by his brother John.
Joe was a beloved father, brother, and a friend to many. He was respected and loved by all and will be dearly missed.
