I was so sorry to hear of Kathy’s death.Kathy was very special to me as a new nurse educator at LIJ/Schneider Children’s Hospital. She was a supporter and mentor with a heart of gold! She made it fun and….we shared an office for about 20 years helping each other, having lots of laughs and keeping each other sane. Kathy was a truly special person, nurse and teacher and left her mark on many health care providers and families. My deepest condolences to her family
