It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Lynne McCardle, a beloved wife,
mother, and grandmother, on November 8, 2024. Lynne is survived by her husband, William; her
children, Michael & Melissa; her daughter-in-law, Renee; and her son-in-law, Adam. She was a
loving grandmother to Michael, Cassandra, Sarah, and Tyler.
Lynne’s love for animals, delight in baking and cooking with grandkids, traveling, and celebration
of holidays with friends and family, were some of her greatest joys. She was a wonderful cook,
gardener, and entrepreneur.
Lynne will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Her love will live on in the hearts of her family
and friends.
Visitation will be on Tuesday November 12, from 4-8PM at Massapequa Funeral Home, North
Chapel, 1050 Park Blvd. in Massapequa Park.
Funeral Mass will be at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church in Massapequa Park on
November 13th at 10:45am.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
