Hi everybody this is Jimmy O'Connor Margaret's son. I want to thank everybody ahead of time for coming down to the wake and for leaving condolences here at this site. Sometimes obituaries don't cover the entire life of the person that we are celebrating. My mother before she was afflicted with this dementia 8 years ago was a person who enjoyed life to the fullest .enjoyed bowling with her friends winning trophies. Going to Broadway plays, she enjoyed dancing and singing. She was an accomplished painter. She enjoyed fishing and traveling around the world on different excursions with both my father and us as we were growing up. She enjoyed working with her friends at the ladies of the knights of Columbus at the local church our Lady of Lourdes. She would go on outings with her childhood friends that she's known all her life to Atlantic City to many events in the city and on Long Island where she was friends with everybody. My mom is a loving mom who is always there to give support and guidance all through our lives. She is very proud of the accomplishments of all of her children and grandchildren. And I know sometimes it's hard to get past the fact of how a person dies but I have to dwell more on the fact of how she lived and how vibrant and energetic and compassionate my mother was in her great years so I invite anybody that comes to the wake to look at the fantastic pictures of my mom's life to see what a wonderful person she is and how she enjoyed her time on this Earth. Thank you all again.
