On May 13, 2022 after a beautiful and full life of 83 years, Michael Rail peacefully passed from this world. His legacy will be carried forward by his wife Joan of 59 years and their four children Michael (Maura) Kathleen (Mark) Brian (Kerri) and Kerri (Erik). Joan and Michael loved their 15 grandchildren, Elizabeth, Geoffrey, Helen, Jack, Aidan Gavin, Peyton, Brendan, Finn, Ryan Ellie, Rowan, Owen, Rhys and Neive. Michael was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, son of the late Ann and Philip Rail. He was loved by his siblings Joanne (deceased), Philip and John. Michael blessed us all with a spirit of kindness, humor, faith and trust in all things good. He enjoyed a long and successful career on Wall Street, remained a devoted Giant fan, optimistic golfer, scotch aficionado (all kinds) and an active part of his parish. His greatest achievement was living a life that inspired others to be their best selves, see the good and always seek solution. We have been blessed by his amazing perspective on life. Michael will be missed by many but live always in our hearts.
