Joel Ackerman left a message on January 5, 2025:
Olivia had an impact on my life in a big way. Olivia Armao was a true diamond in the rough with a great sense of humor and no matter what was going on that day she could make you smile. When you have the opportunity to work with someone special you know it right away. When Olivia Armao came to Richards, Witt and Charles with a desire to work on whatever we would give her, always willing to do something to keep her mind off of something else much larger in life. She did not mind if it was scanning or answering phones, if needed. She worked on bank reconciliations for our clients. She was no ordinary bookkeeper. She was a truly dedicated worker and one who had a heart of gold. She was one of the hardest working persons I ever known. She would come to work from a treatment and then stay until the task she started could be finished. Going through cancer, we celebrated with her the end of a treatment span and cried with her when she were unable to work. In October she said to me when I visited her she had three goals: 1. Dance at her son Sal’s wedding 2. Her birthday 3. And Christmas. (Her favorite holiday!) My wife Terri and I went over for Christmas Day as Mr. & Mrs. Claus to give her some holiday smiles, so she made it to all three with such grace, humor, and a whole lot of love and prayers from so many people. Olivia, we all will miss you very much. Your family is amazing and one that allowed you to cherish these additional amazing moments, I will never forget you.
