Very sorry for your loss. Ray was a gentleman and I'm proud to say that he was my friend. Ray allowed my to archery hunt his beautiful little property next to the State Forest, he always got excited when I harvested a mature buck, I would give him prime steaks and the white buck tail hair for his homemade saltwater flies. I looked forward to seeing him every September, he will be missed. He was very kind to me and loved his little piece of heaven. Rest well Ray, see you one day on the happy hunting grounds. God bless you, your home now. This season is for you my friend! -Joshua Bossie

Words cannot express the thoughts and emotions that I am experiencing hearing the news. You Gattus brothers have to stop with the shock news method of passing. You and I were just talking about coincidences and then you pass away at 69 on 6/9/24. I know I will never hear you say “Hey Pat” again, and hear the happiness in your voice but that is one of the many memories of you that will always live on. You always made light of every situation, you taught me how to create laughter in life. I will forever have the memories of you fishing with my Dad, the family gatherings, the times you and Aunt Marion coming down to Disney and thou I worked at Disney, I always learned so much more about Disney from you than I did from working there. Oh and I can’t count the number of shuffleboard games we used to play at Nanas. I am really saddened that you are no longer here with us on Earth but I am so happy that you are with Aunt Marion again. You missed her so much. Until we meet again. Love you Uncle Ray, miss you!
