I knew Bill from a mutual Tom Tilly while we were still in H.S. and joined the same frat in college. My best memory was in the mid-seventy's Bill, Tom Neff, Steve Sheehan, and I went to the Cape to play golf, try to meet girls and drink. Bill kept score and when looking at the score card we saw under Bill’s score (on several holes) a “circle 10”. We asked Bill what that meant, he was blunt, I don’t count after 10! I often tell that story because I use a circle 9 when I play. I only wish we stayed in touched with each other. I often think of him and the fun we had together.

We will all miss you Billy Boy. We had so so many laughs especially in Vegas. I will always remember the great time we had when you decided to go on Lynn's and my honeymoon. See you upstairs so we can get together again.

My cousin Bill was such a nice guy who always had a smile on his face and was genuinely happy to see everyone at family parties. Our families had so much fun going to each other's houses, swimming in the pool, or vacationing on the Cape when we were young. He was so kind every time I saw him, so easy to talk to, and always had a hug to give. That's how I'll remember him.❤️
