Bill. I decided today to Google people from my past. I’m heartbroken over this. Thanks for taking a chance on me back in 1981. You changed my life and for that, I’ll always be grateful. Thank you.

Very fond memories of Bill. He hired me in 1983 to work at Union Carbide in RTP, NC. For ten years he was my boss, mentor and friend. He had a great influence on my career that has just ended in retirement. I learned many life lessons from him. My prayers and thoughts are with all the family.

When my father was in the hospital or rehab I would call and when he would answer I would always say Pop Pop. There was a moment on Tuesday when my dad opened his eyes and I said Pop Pop and he said it back to me! I will always remember that!! I love and will miss him deeply but I know he is a better place and don't worry we will take care of mom for you!
