Loving father of Jane O’Donnell (late Tim), Noreen McBride (Frank), Daniel J. Jr. (Nadine) and Marianne Wendelken (Richard). Cherished grandpa of sixteen grandchildren and twenty-one great grandchildren. Caring brother of Connie Reisner and the late Fred Donahue. He was a big Boston Red Sox fan who enjoyed watching the games. He also enjoyed having family over for Sunday dinners and attending all family celebrations. He was a lector for many years at Our Lady of Lourdes where he was a long time parishoner. Reposing at Massapequa Funeral Home South Chapel, 4980 Merrick Road, Massapequa Park on Monday, February 22nd from 9:00am to 10:00am. Funeral Mass following at 10:45am at Our Lady of Lourdes R. C. Church, 855 Carmans Road, Massapequa Park. Interment to follow at St. Charles Cemetery, Farmingdale.
