The world lost a beloved wife and mother, Dor-Ann Kessler, passed away on April 12, 2023.
She was adored by her husband, John Kessler.
Together they had four children, John, Dawn, Jodi and Drew.
She had several grandchildren and one great grandchild on the way that she was so thrilled about. She was a life long native New Yorker and loved by everyone that knew her. Her family made up the entirety of her world. She devoted her life to her husband, kids and grandkids. She and her husband John worked tirelessly to provide every opportunity for their kids.
She was known for her unique personality and lighting up every room she entered, also her kindness and love. It would be wrong to say that Dor-Ann lost her battle because she never stopped fighting. No matter how sick she ever was, she was always determined.
Through her we know what resilience and perseverance truly look like. There was no quit in Dor-Ann. Few people knew the extent to which she struggled. Her joy for her family and her indomitable spirit kept her pushing through all her pain.
Last week Dor-Ann Kessler joined her son John Joe and the rest of her heavenly family and gained her wings. She will be missed by everyone that knew her.
