Helen Suarez went home to Jesus on December 27, 2020 after suffering a long illness.
Helen was born to Alfonso and Eloiza Ramos on November 16, 1939 in Brooklyn, NY. All who knew her knew she was an exceptional seamstress, had a bright big beautiful smile and loved deeply with her whole heart.
Helen and her husband Juan were married on May 30, 1959 and went on to have three loving children and five beautiful grandchildren who were her world.
In addition to being a dedicated and loving mother, Helen also loved decorating her home, music and dancing. Throughout her entire life, she held an unwavering faith in God, which she shared with those who surrounded her.
Helen is survived by her husband Juan, her children Steve (Nicole), Elaine and John (Marcela) and her grandchildren Jonathan, Nicolas, Alexis, Gabriel and Ava. She is also survived by her sisters Miriam and Sara and her brother Alfonso Jr.

In lieu of flowers a donation may be made in Helen’s memory to Long Island Jewish Hospital since they have saved her life so many times in the past.
