Her father was my fathers best friend. I am the same age as her older brother- so not that much older than herself. Every time that I would visit my family in New York I would always hear updates on how she was doing. When I heard the news that she had died on my mothers birthday- December 2nd 2021- I was heartbroken. It was definitely very hard to sit through a funeral like this one. When I saw Madison's best friend there, my heart broke. But when I saw that beautiful little girl lying there in her resting bed, I knew that she was in a better place and a lot happier now. I am so glad that fundraising has not stopped for Madison and I know that because of her, many people will be saved because of the money put in to help research her illness.

I followed this story through a google image related to Madison. I read that she had a rare brain tumor and felt so heartbroken because she looked like she was such a sweetheart. I wanted to hear that she was able to fight through it, so I searched her name and heard the unfortunate news that she passed.
