Beloved wife of the late Joseph D. Loving mother of the late Domenick (Frank),
Joseph (Eileen), Diane DiTommaso (Joseph), and Janice Penachio (John). Devoted
grandmother of Lisa, Joseph (Katherine), Johnny, Tina (Frank), Jessica, and Jenna
(Matt). Reposing at Massapequa Funeral Home Inc. South Chapel, 4980 Merrick
Road, Massapequa Park, N.Y. 11762 Sunday, 4-8pm. Mass of Christian Burial
Monday, 11:45am at St. Rose of Lima R.C. Church, Massapequa, NY. with interment
to follow at St. Charles Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to
the Northwell Health Hospice Care Network or the St. John’s University Tarantino
Partners For Success Scholarship Fund. Donations can be made by clicking on the names of the facilities above.

My Deepest Condolences to the entire Tarantino Family. I only had the pleasure of meeting grandma a handful of times but every time I saw her she always had a smile. Whether it was when we watched Shark Tank and Jeopardy at her house with The Tarantino’s after dinner or when Uncle Joe introduced me to her at Jessica’s 25th birthday and I suddenly became known as Stewie because my name was difficult to pronounce. It was always a great time spending time with you. Grandma meant so much to Jessica and for that reason, Grandma will hold a special place in my heart as well.
