Artie always thought of others before himself. While celebrating Katie’s college graduation we tried to toast Artie on his 80th birthday. He did not want to because it would take away from Katie’s day. He went to bed and we thought we would toast him the next day. After midnight, he reappeared and said 3 unforgettable words to me: “Tigger, three fingers”! Right then and there I knew what I will be drinking on my 80th birthday. We will always remember our times with Artie. Tracy and I will miss him, but he will not be forgotten.

My love and condolences to the McCauley family.
Artie was a wonderful father-in-law,friend and fellow golfer to my son Kerry. He enthusiastically welcomed him to the family along with all the Crawfords when Kerry married Laura my wonderful daughter-in-law. He encouraged him to join the Knights of Columbus. He became my sons father wheen he had none. We grieve because we have lost him, but I am sure Artie took a small part of us with him when he went home to God.
Janice,Laura,Erin,Allson may your fond memories assuage your sadness.
Love Catherine
