So sorry to hear about her passing, I will always remember her coming down the block and sitting on the steps talking with my mom and also the fabulous block parties. Rest in peace, my thoughts and prayers are with the Carroll family.

The moment the Carrolls moved to Elm Place the neighborhood changed for the better and our beloved Cindy was a big part of it. I will always think of her as generous, warm,funny, loving and welcoming. Some of my most wonderful childhood memories will be of her. She inspired happiness in everyone wherever I saw her. What a gift! What a loss! God bless you, Cindy. Thanks for the memories and I look forward to seeing you again someday.
