Aunt Donna was an amazing woman inside and out. She was a beautiful person with a beautiful soul. I will never forget dancing around the kitchen with music playing in the background while learning all about the art of baking. It was amazing, being in the kitchen with Aunt Donna, watching the magic happen, it was captivating. Love you Aunt Donna you will always be a part of my mind and heart.

Donna was a classmate of mine at LaGuardia. She was so funny and so kind! She always had us in stitches with her stories, like the time she got stuck in a revolving door in a bear hug with a client! She had such an impact on me, and I will never forget her.

When I first came to New York, Donna warmly welcomed me to the city. She was a great employee, a great advocate and friend of Deaf people in New York. She had a surprise birthday party for me, she did not have to do it but she did do it for me. I'm not crazy about hearing people in general, but Donna was one of few hearing persons whom I have the complete respect for. She will be missed by many. Godspeed, Donna. You will be missed by many and you won't be forgotten. Thank you for doing so many wonderful things for yourself, your family, your friends, your community and Deaf people.
