With sincere condolences to her family from the Rankin family. We will always remember Florence as a very well spoken, put-together lady who welcomed the opportunity to stop and chat with local neighbors. So may years ago, she considered moving to the retirement co-ops just south of here, but decided against it preferring to keep her neighborhood house and her neighbors here on Cedar St. We will miss you, Florence. Rest in God’s hands.
