The Spencer Foundation was started by Jean and Jeanine Spencer.   Fran, not related to Jean or Jeanine, loved the mission to help children with cancer and their families.    Fran was a proud board member since 2016.

Fran supported education for those that were in need.  Donations in Fran’s memory will be used to fund  the Beyond The Cure Ambassador Scholarship to support the education of pediatrics cancer survivors.
