Jerry not only was my cousin but my parents godchild. He was a kind, caring man who was devoted to his family; a generous person with his time and resources. Jerry always tried to help. A few years after my dad died, my mom mentioned that she seriously considered relocating back to NY from Florida but couldn’t because daddy was buried in FL. I can’t forget that conversation. “Aunt Louisa, don’t worry about Uncle Pat. He’s portable!” My response to my cousin was “are you kidding?” Jerry just smiled that impish smile and said:”Aunt Louisa’s my godmother and if that’s what it takes to make her happy, we’ll make it happen.” You cannot have wanted a better father, dear cousins. As my mom said about my dad: “you always can ask for more but never for better.” He loved you all dearly and leaves you a rich legacy. May God embrace you with his love, and memories comfort.

To the Laurino family, The loss of a 40 year colleague and friend is never easy. Jerry will be missed and long remembered for the passion with which he lived his life and for the passion he felt for the business he loved. He was not always easy, but one could never doubt his commitment to the way forward as he saw it. Many of us will miss his perspective, guidance, bagels and maple syrup. He was a real friend. May he rest in peace.

Deepest condolences to the entire Laurino family, longtime friends we love. I remember the first time Jerry came to have dinner at our house. He sat and told me all about his wonderful wife whom he clearly missed so much. He loved that I was using lemon in our salad because his wife did the same. Jerry will always hold a very special place in my heart, remembering all the good times, dinners, making maple syrup, canning tomato sauce. I will truly miss this man. xoxo
Peace of mind is a call away. We’re here when you need us most.

Jerry was a true gentleman! I had the pleasure of knowing him in his lifetime and enjoyed the memories he shared of his military career, home-made maple syrup and his family. I am very sorry to hear of his passing. Condolences to the family. May Jerry rest in peace.
