Our beautiful son, John Peter Scheuerer, was born November 17, 1993 and entered the Kingdom of Heaven on November 6, 2023.

John was loved fiercely by his parents, Linda and the late Paul Scheuerer and sister Jane Brzoza. He will remain the brightest light in their lives as he now lives in their hearts.

He made an impact on everyone who met him. John always tried to help people whenever he could. He was funny, smart, inquisitive and compassionate. His love of history and Presidential fun facts amazed us all and created a special bond that he shared with his best friend/father Paul.

He is survived by his mother, Linda Scheuerer, sister Jane Brzoza (Tom), Grandparents Leonard and Mildred (“Midge”) Marino, Aunt Wendy Marino, Uncle Michael Marino and Aunt Carole, Uncle William Scheuerer and Aunt Donna, Uncle Peter Scheuerer and Aunt Marianne and many cousins and extended family and friends. He was dearly loved by his late Grandparents William and Barbara Scheuerer as well as Great Grandparents Mary and Ed Devlin.

We take comfort that he is now with his father for eternity.

John and I worked together at reSAWN TIMBER. He was always incredibly positive and was a light for Jesus. He took the loss of Paul pretty hard but continued to push forward with the strength of the Lord, I remember he would tell me how he wanted to stay strong for him mom. This isn't the end of John's journey, for those in Christ it's our beginning as we get to see Jesus face to face! Linda and Jane, I am so sorry for your loss. John was a good man on earth and will be an even better one when we see him in heaven!

To the Scheuerer family, Linda, Jane, Aunt Wendy, and John”s grandparents, I can’t express the sorrow I feel, for you. You’re such a loving family and I’m so glad you have each other. I will remember John sitting out front on the steps. He would always wave, and smile. He had a kind way about him and was always respectful. I loved that!
