Joseph Russell Thomas II (JR), age 52, passed away without suffering or pain on November 19th, 2022 following a tragic highway accident in Maryland. He lived as he died, selflessly helping others.
JR was born in Maryland, graduating from Laurel High School. He had a passion for life, a great big heart, and an undeniable heartwarming presence. His infectious laughter let those in heaven know he was having a good time. He now joins his mom and dad, Marguerite & Russell Thomas, and his infant son, Nicholas Xander Thomas, in heaven. JR is survived by his siblings Stephanie, Gregg and Danielle along with nieces and nephews, Miles, Anaya, Frank, Grace and John. His love and devotion will be sorely missed by so many.
