Karen Ann DeMuria, 66, beloved daughter of the late William DeMuria and Angelina DeMuria (Saccone), peacefully passed away on October 9, 2021. Karen was born June 2, 1955 the 4th of 6 children. She grew up with her 5 siblings in Massapequa Park, NY.
Karen was a beautiful soul who could light up the room with her smile. She was a friend to all and brought joy to everyone who knew her. She was known for her infectious laugh. Growing up, she enjoyed swimming in the backyard pool and riding her bike up and down the block. Karen was a social butterfly and loved being with family and friends.
In addition to her mother, Karen is survived by her siblings: Paulette Ryan, Michael DeMuria, Laura Johanessen and her husband Daniel, William DeMuria, Jr. and his wife Carmela, and Angela DeMuria. Karen is also survived by many nephews and nieces: David Johanessen, Jessica Johanessen Wright, Gina DeMuria Andries, Anthony Caggiano, Joseph DeMuria, Charles Miller, Marissa Ryan, and Anthony Miller.
