Orie DeLuna was a loving mother and grandma. She had 4 children and 5 granddaughters. For the first half of her life she was a homemaker. Then her second half of her life she worked at Macy’s Sunrise Mall for 35 years and really loved her job. She was an outgoing loving person who left a positive mark on everyone she knew she lived her life to the fullest and didn’t regret anything she did . Her favorite pastime was hanging out at the beach with her friends in her retirement years. She will truly be missed.

I will never forget being down at Amityville Beach Bay when I lived in Amityville for 1214 years. I used to say Ori Deluna down there all the time and she was soaking up the sun and enjoying the salt air and just having a glorious day and we used to talk and she was always so nice to me. I’ve known her for years.. I will treasure knowing this woman my friends mother, who is the most wonderful attractive lady. She was funny she interacted well with everybody that knew her.. she will be sorely missed by all that knew her a beautiful lady. God bless her soul, and may she rest in peace. you will never be forgotten Mrs. Deluna God bless.
