Steve & Dot Meade left a message on March 27, 2023:
In 1973, Ray was asked by my Dad, Jack Smith, to look over a 1970 Dodge Coronet Dad picked out for me as my first car. Ray approved the purchase, and I was thrilled there were no mechanical problems he needed to fix. For over 50 years, our family and the Nocella family have been friends, and we were so devastated to know of Ray's passing on Saturday. He holds a special place in our hearts, as does his beautiful wife, Cecilia. May his soul rest in peace, and may Cecilia be comforted in the knowledge that everyone loved Ray! He was a man's man, and will be sadly missed by all who were blessed to know him...
