Rose Marie Volmar (Marizou) Obituary

Rose Marie Volmar (MariZou) was born in Archaie, Haiti on December 25, 1956. She is known by her family and friends as MariZou, which is part of her moms name (Zou). In Haiti Rose was a seamstress by trade and also traveled across different countries buying goods she can sell back home.

Rose Marie came to the United States December 2000. She resided in Long island where she worked as both an HHA and a School bus Assistant.

Rose Marie was the rock of her family, especially the ones back home in Haiti. Rose was known as one of the most caring and giving people to not only her family but also her many friends! She loved cooking and feeding everyone around her. She also enjoyed shopping and always made sure she looked her best everyday!

Rose Marie is survived by her children Marie Sauveur Francois, Draidy Jean Charles, Pascal Jean Charles, and Yvel Volmar. Grand children Lindsay Jean Charles, Emily Bastien, Angel Victoria Jean Charles, Logan Predestin, Liam Predestin, and Langston Predestin.

Rose is also survived by her many nieces and nephews, Pappout, Bobbi, Belinda and Jimmy. Also, her brother Pierre Inex Volmar and sister Imacula Volmar.

Marizou you will be greatly missed by everyone who loved her, but she will always be in our hearts! WE LOVE YOU MOM!
