My sincerest condolences to the entire Cigna family. What a talented and gifted orthodontist he was . I would refer 100% of my patients to him because I knew the care they would receive and the amazing outcome of their treatment under Dr. Cigna. I am just learning of his passing and it was devastating to hear. He is in Gods hands now. Blessings to all the family .

Joseph JJ Visci left a message on February 6, 2024:
We met 50 years ago riding the bus to high school. From the first moment Sal stood out as a special person. I had no idea it would be a lifelong treasured friendship. With a great dynamic mind, he was thoughtful, a planner and contemplative, yet totally a person of action, who lived every aspect of life with gusto, generousity, cheering on those around him. From Big Smokes, to fishing trips, raising a glass to raising our families, we were always trying to raise our understanding and become the wiser. Perhaps nothing said it better then the humidor Sal, John Lutfy and I shared, we labeled it "Three Men on Journey with Purpose". There are no words to describe how Salbwill be missed, we carry on carrying our love for you and our memories with you in our hearts. All we have that makes our lives unique from other lives are the persons that we surround ourselves with, that is those we journey with, I am forever grateful for our friendship. May God give you the gift of resting in peace in His love for eternity.
