Please join us to celebrate the life of Suzy Major Hartman on Wednesday August 14th 2024 at Massapequa Park funeral home. Service is from 4-8 with a religious tribute at 6:30pm.

Suzanna Hartman passed away at 62 years old on August 7, 2024 in Saint Francis Hospital in Port Washington, NY. She leaves behind her partner Joseph Navarra and her children Gabrielle and William Hartman.

Suzy was born in Queens New York and grew up in Levittown where she graduated from Island trees high school 1980. She lived an exciting life on the island owning tanning salons, enjoying the beach, and living life in the sun. She then settled down in Massapequa Park where she worked as a receptionist but mostly prioritized taking care of her children and family. She spent her later years commuting back and forth to Florida taking care of her mother and father down in Port St. Lucie. Suzy had a few short months back on the island with her family, where she was battling cancer and trying to enjoy time at home.

We will remember her as a wonderful mother, faithful partner, and amazing friend.
