Tommy and his wife, Betty, were under my command as chaplain assistants while on active duty at Ft. Campbell, KY, 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault). They were both exemplary soldiers and chaplain assistants. They found each other, married, and had an outstanding love for one another. They were best friends. Sending my love and deepest condolences on your loss.
