Tim was such a caring man, Someone who I looked forward to seeing each day I came to work. When he asked you "what's up" he actually wanted to know and he listened and cared. When I lost my friend back in May, Tim was the first one in my office sending his condolences and giving me a big hug letting me know he was there for me. I will miss hearing "hey, kid" or "hey, Rach" every time I walked past his office.
